Exchanges, Returns, and Warranty Replacements
For online purchases, click on our Return Portal below and enter your order # and shipping postal code to request a return, exchange, or warranty replacement.
Return and exchange requests can be made within 14 days of the shipment of your order, and warranty replacements are available for all products with manufacturer defects that cannot be attributed to standard wear-and-tear (such as scratched lenses or stains) within two years of purchase.

In-store purchases can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 days of purchase by visiting the original store of purchase or by contacting shop@illesteva.com.
